How do I book?
Step 1) Reserve your position
Secure your position by making a booking reservation.
B. Fill in the relevant information as best you can and email, FAX or post it to us
Contact our
sales staff to make your reservation by phone, fax, scan, email or in person:
Step 2) Pay your deposit and begin preparations
Our sales staff will assist you in paying your deposit by direct deposit (e.g. internet banking), cheque or credit card.
Direct payments go to our trekking company in Nepal, Arun Treks and Expeditions. We not only have a long standing association with Arun but Duncan Chessell is also a part owner of the company.
Your deposit and booking information are used to confirm your place and you'll receive an adventure dossier containing training tips, gear lists, detailed visa, immunisation, travel information, a to-do checklist and hints on money, travelling etc.
Your personal travel agent can help you to arrange your flights, travel insurance and any extras, add-ons or options you might require, as well as any queries and payment for your Chessell Adventure.
Our sales staff will be in touch to confirm details of your flight and travel insurance details and medical clearances which are required to operate your adventure smoothly.
We suggest that you make a start on tailoring your exercise program to get the most out of your adventure. Your adventure dossier contains some tips, and you might find it is a good chance to get to know some other Chessell Adventures participants in your area at the same time.
Step 3) Final payment & details
Final payment and any outstanding administrative details are due in full 60 days before the start date. We require a Doctor’s Certificate to be completed and our agent will take care of administration around this, as well as your travel insurance and flight information details which are needed by our operations team. 2 Months before your departure date is a good time to review how your physical preparation is coming along, and possibly ramp it up if you're not on track to meeting your goals.
Consult your trip information dossier for what to expect when you arrive and ... off you go!
See you in the hills!
